Rita Baghdadi is an Emmy award-winning documentary filmmaker known for the intimacy of her bold, character-driven films. Her feature documentary Sirens, a portrait of an all female, thrash metal band grappling with friendship, identity and destruction on the outskirts of Beirut, Lebanon during the country’s revolution, premiered at the 2022 Sundance Film Festival and was awarded the Grand Jury Prize at Outfest. She is a co-founder of the Los Angeles / London-based production company Lady & Bird Films, a Concordia Fellow, a Sundance Momentum Fellow and proud member of Brown Girls Doc Mafia. Her work has garnered two Cinema Eye nominations, an Independent Spirit Awards nomination and a Peabody Award nomination.
Camilla Hall

Camilla Hall is a film director and executive producer focused on making films that tackle new ideas, explore humanity and tell us something about the world. She has directed award-winning independent films as well as documentaries for Discovery, HBO Max Europe, BBC and Arte. A co-founder of the Los Angeles / London-based production company Lady & Bird, she began her career as a journalist working at the Financial Times in the Middle East and New York.

Jen Tiexiera is an award-winning filmmaker and co-founder of the Los Angeles / London-based production company Lady & Bird. She most recently completed SPEAK, a film following five American teens as they spend a year crafting spoken word performances with the dream of winning the world's largest and most intense public speaking competition (World Premiere, Sundance Film Festival) and Rebecca, an intimate portrait of the artist Becky G at a crossroads between two cultures, navigating identity, expectations, family and fame (World Premiere, Tribeca Film Festival). Her three-part doc series, Unveiled: Surviving La Luz del Mundo for HBO was nominated for an Emmy for Outstanding Crime and Justice Documentary. She is a proud member of Brown Girl Doc Mafia, the IDA, Women in Film, Film Fatales and the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences.
